New Quality Improvement Role Announced

Angela Langdon joins the HomeCare & Hospice Team


ALLEGANY - Angela Langdon, MHA, has been appointed as the Quality and Compliance Director for HomeCare & Hospice and Total Senior Care, effective January 6th. A lifelong resident of the area, Mrs. Langdon brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, including extensive knowledge in nursing, rural community healthcare, quality improvement, compliance, and strategic planning, along with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Melissa Sullivan, CEO HCH TSC, stated, “At HomeCare & Hospice and Total Senior Care, quality is at the heart of everything we do. From staff and volunteers to senior leadership, every team member plays a vital role in upholding the high standards our communities expect and deserve. To further strengthen this commitment, we are proud to announce the creation of a new leadership position: Quality Improvement/Compliance Director. This role will oversee all aspects of quality across all departments in both organizations, ensuring a unified approach to delivering exceptional care and maintaining regulatory compliance.”

The staff efforts center on preserving independence and enabling individuals to stay in the comfort and safety of their own homes. They are devoted to providing outstanding support that enhances the well-being of patients and participants. Both organizations are steadfast in delivering compassionate, tailored services that honor the unique needs and preferences of those they serve.

Mrs. Langdon earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from Phoenix University, Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University, and a Master’s Certification in Healthcare Project Management from Villanova University. Angela lives in Olean with her husband, Andrew Langdon.  They have two sons Alek and Drew.

HomeCare & Hospice helps maintain independence at home with compassion in communities throughout Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee, and Wyoming counties. Total Senior Care, a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE facility, is a comprehensive, managed long-term care plan for adults who are 55 and older. The center helps individuals who “wish to live at home, but need assistance in order to maintain health, complete day-to-day activities and remain safe at home for as long as possible.”
